Many people, for example, do not know that the so-called “Freezer burn” is what contributes to burning the foods in the freezer the most. It is a condition that occurs when water molecules escape from frozen food and oxygen molecules infiltrate it. The oxygen molecules can dull the color and change the flavor of the frozen product, perhaps making it unattractive.
